# Как отключить номер от WhatsApp Business API, чтобы подключиться к «серому» WhatsApp?

Необходимо написать в поддержку GupShup с просьбой удалить приложение и отключить номер. Написать можно на русском языке на данную почту: <devsupport@gupshup.io>

Как быстро его можно включить в приложении Whatsapp зависит от того, были ли на номере платные сессии:

* Если нет, то номер станет доступен через 5 минут после отключения от WABA.
* Если да, то 1-го числа следующего месяца (в худшем случае через 30 дней после отключения).
